My letter to Marco Rubio, the boy band junior Senator from Florida

Please Senator, for ONCE in your political life, put your country above your damn party and stop allowing Trump to destroy our nation!!! I'm WAY sick of seeing you Republicans do NOTHING about his constant scandals, especially given the over-blown BS you all screamed daily about each and every thing President Obama and Hillary Clinton and, let's face it, any other Democrat you could think of, and any perceived wrong they might have done. Your party has become nothing more than a collection of whiners and hypocrites and I'm very glad I am no longer a member of the GOP.  You still have time to save your career by doing the right thing but hand sitting and hoping things will pass is NOT a key to any future you may have in office, Sir.
Think about it and again, for ONCE put your country over your damn party!!!

Gee, I wonder if I'll get a response.... LOL

  1. You would think a old-school Cuban Republican from Florida (though weirdly young for such a thing), would be up in arms over this Russia stuff. So far, he's just said things like 'we'll look in to it.' If it was President Hillary Clinton, he'd be heading the impeachment effort. So no, don't expect a response. ;)

  2. No, I don't really expect anything other than the usual canned response bullshit, especially from Rubio. I could never have any respect for the guy after the way Trumputin trashed him and the things Rubio said about the Mango Mussolini, only then to turn around and support him. Sorry, that shows zero honesty and nothing more than partisanship run wild to ever be worthy of respect or support. Rubio is a ball-less little wanker and a known thief and swindler.
Hope you're doing better, Jersey. Hang in there, and please let me know if you need anything or just want to talk to someone who's been through it. I'm off to get my periodic scans done today. Fingers crossed that I'm still clear, though I think I am as I'm not having any of the previous cancer pains in my stomach. I'm keeping your family in my thoughts, Brother.

  3. The Marco Rubios of the US Senate will keep their mouths shut about the disaster that is Trump until his numbers sink to the low 30s or enter the 20s. Then people like Rubio will find their conscience, which has been hiding in a cement box locked in a lead safe, buried 20 feet underground.

Good luck today. My scans are scheduled for July. Please let me know how you are. shawkenawe (at) yahoo.com

And continued good news for you Jersey.

    1. Awww Rusty - you poor little guy. It must be tough for you to see what's going to happen to your orange Liar-in-chief, isn't it? You and the rest of the swamp dwellers love to blame the Democrats for ALL your problems, even, as you say, when we are not in power. I guess we're super powerful if you folks are so worked up about us. Don't worry, little racist, we'll still stand for your right to say the most disgusting, hate-filled, unChristian, and very unAmerican things that you want to. After all, us Democrats have always stood for the Constitution, unlike you drooling single-cells on the right who only seem to be in love with the 2nd Amendment (and you even misunderstand that one!). It's okay, we'll still stand for a better America, even with a tiny, angry minority like you giving us all a bad name.
BTW - still waiting for all that 'free stuff' you morons keep droning on about. I'm waiting!!!!!!!

  5. Poor Rusty. He needed to run here to tell us that the left has "absolutely zero power" right after the Republican deputy AG named a special counsel to investigate criminal activities in the Trump White House; right after we learn that former FBI Director Comey will publicly testify before the US Senate after Memorial Day and enlighten us all on Trump's possible impeachable behaviors.

At this point, poor Rusty desperately needs to tell anyone who will listen that the Democrats have "absolutely zero power" as his hapless hero is drowning in FBI investigations, Senate investigations, and being exposed as a man who passed classified intel to a country hostile to the US while trashing the former FBI director in front of Russian media.

Those Democrats who have "absolute zero power," don't effing need it at this point. We'll just sit back and watch the man-child idiot Rusty voted for and still supports piss away his power as the Special Counsel takes over investigating a stupid and felonious president and his White House accomplices.

    1. We're amazingly powerful, aren't we? Even with no power at all, we've managed to bring down Trumputin and his gang of slimeballs. Rusty should be careful that we don't turn all that power onto him, don't you think? :)

  6. BlueBull, I thought you'd be interested to read what our allies in Europe think of Trump. May I add that NEVER was President Obama EVER held in this sort of contempt and ridicule. President Obama was respected and loved by our European allies. Read this from the blog Hullabaloo:

    Politico's Susan B. Glasser continues:

“People are less worried than they were six weeks ago, less afraid,” a senior German government official with extensive experience in the United States told me. “Now they see the clownish nature.” Or, as another German said on the sidelines of a meeting here devoted to taking stock of 70 years of U.S.-German relations, “People here think Trump is a laughingstock.”

“The dominant reaction to Trump right now is mockery,” Jacob Heilbrunn, the editor of the conservative journal the National Interest, told the meeting at the German Foreign Office here while moderating a panel on Trump’s foreign policy that dealt heavily on the difficulty of divining an actual policy amid the spectacle. Heilbrunn, whose publication hosted Trump’s inaugural foreign policy speech in Washington during last year’s campaign, used the ‘L’ word too. “The Trump administration is becoming an international laughingstock.” Michael Werz, a German expert from the liberal U.S. think tank Center for American Progress, agreed, adding he was struck by “how rapidly the American brand is depreciating over the last 20 weeks.”

    1. Interesting. I have a very good friend who emigrated to Germany a few years ago and we're still in contact often. He has Germans constantly asking him what is wrong with the Trump voters and why are the Repubs the majority. He shakes his head and says, "and now you know why I emigrated."

    1. Awww, you poor little old fool. So angry and bitter over your messiah's downfall (which is ALL his own doing) that you're lashing out blindly now. There's bound to be some medicine for that. Get it now before your god damn party makes it unaffordable for everyone.
